Frequently asked questions
How projects are scoped, produced, and delivered. Questions specific to a service are answered on that service’s page.
Scope and pricing
- How much does a project cost?
- It depends on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for most briefs. Each service page lists exactly what moves the price. Start a brief and we come back with scope, price, and turnaround within one business day.
- Do I pay before work starts?
- You approve scope and price first. Nothing goes into production until you have accepted the quote and paid, and the price you approved is the price you pay.
- Can the price change mid-project?
- Not for the work you agreed. Your order keeps its own record of the package, price, add-ons, turnaround, and revision policy as purchased, and later changes to our pricing never alter an existing order. If you ask for something outside the original scope, that is quoted separately before it starts.
- Do you work on retainer?
- Yes. Recurring content packages cover an agreed monthly volume across services, and the mix can shift month to month within that volume.
Process and delivery
- How long does a project take?
- Turnaround is quoted with your scope and shown on your order throughout, along with the expected delivery date. It is quoted in business days.
- How do revisions work?
- Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, visible on your order from the start. The revision form asks what specifically to change and lets you attach references — vague feedback is the main cause of rework. Beyond the included rounds, additional revisions are available as a paid add-on.
- What file formats do I get?
- Every format your brief called for. If work has to run on several channels, you receive it correctly framed for each rather than one master you have to crop yourself. Source files are included where the service lists them.
- Can I see progress before final delivery?
- Yes. Drafts are delivered for review inside your account, and the order timeline shows the current stage and what happens next. When something is waiting on you, the order says so.
Rights and files
- Who owns the finished work?
- You do, on final payment. Full ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, including source files where the service lists them as a deliverable.
- Can you use my project in your portfolio?
- Only if you agree to it. Nothing is published without permission, and we will never name you or show your work without it.
- Are my files kept private?
- Yes. Uploads and deliverables are held in private storage and are only accessible through your authenticated account. Nothing is stored in a publicly readable location.
- How long do you keep my files?
- Files stay available in your account while it is active, so you can re-download deliverables later. Tell us if you need them removed sooner.
